Fundraiser for state-bound bowlers

THE Wauchope Men’s Bowls Club’s number 3 pennant team will hold another fundraising event outside the Hastings Co-op SUPA IGA from 9am to noon on Saturday July 5.

The team has won its way through to the prestigious state offs to be held in Tumut in August.

The play offs will be held on August 2, 3, and 4.

Already a number of business operators in Wauchope and hinterland have thrown their support behind the team in its bid to win the state pennant.

These include, John & Owen Bartlett, David Preece Mobile Mechanic, Security Network, Lewis Quality Meats, Repco, Wauchope Seafoods, Wauchope Sports & Trophies, Andrew Miedecke Motors, Riverview Tavern Telegraph Point, Steve Fisher Automatic Transmissions, Contour Bobcat Services, J & S Painting Contractors, Wauchope Bowling Club ‘Ferals’, Wauchope Stock & Estate Agents, Wauchope Country Club.

The raffle will be drawn on Sunday July 27 at Wauchope Country Club.

Tickets can also be purchased from Wauchope Country Club or from players representing the Number 3 pennant side.
